IQVIA Inc is seeking a seasoned Quality Management professional to drive global quality plans across designated Delivery Units and sponsor teams. You will collaborate with global/regional Quality Management and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to ICH/GCP standards and SOPs throughout clinical development.

The role emphasizes risk identification, corrective action planning, and continuous process improvements, with a focus on maintaining high quality in project delivery.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in clinical trial design, planning, startup, conduct, analysis and reporting.
• Experience with regulatory environments and good practice standards.
• Familiarity with CRO or pharmaceutical industry operations.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Adopt and implement the global Quality Management Plan within the scope of the assignment.
• Coordinate quality activities, risk assessments, and data-driven quality controls.
• Provide guidance for corrective/preventive actions and improvements.
• Assist teams in maintaining compliance with GCP, ICH, SOPs and KPIs.
• Communicate quality issues to Quality Management and assigned business lines.
