Qualifications

• Requires 5 years clinical research/monitoring experience.
• Requires knowledge of ICH-GCP regulators and guidelines.
• Understanding of project finances and EAC processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Effective leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical studies in compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol, and SOPs.
• Meet recruitment targets with solid recruitment strategies.
• Develop and monitor project risk mitigation plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure clinical quality delivery and tracking of quality metrics.
• Manage project finances, including EAC, and identify out-of-scope opportunities.
• Coordinate internal/external stakeholders and report progress to stakeholders.
