EY Global Delivery Services in Buenos Aires is seeking a Change Management Staff member to support client engagements and enablement services. The role emphasizes collaboration with EY teams worldwide, delivering high-quality change management deliverables and practical solutions for clients.

The candidate will assist with change strategies, stakeholder engagement and training design, while developing capabilities within the GDS practice. Travel to project sites may be required.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR/Admin or Project Management related tasks.
• Understanding of change management elements: strategy, visioning, communication, readiness, training design, and organization alignment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high quality deliverables through exhaustive internal reviews and client feedback.
• Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations across global locations.
• Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools and methodologies to enhance change management capabilities.
• Support leadership in developing the practice with EY global offices and demand generation for change management projects.
• Build capability in the change management pillar in collaboration with the GDS organisation and EY member firms.

About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters, and contributing to team outcomes. You are expected to demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues.

You will anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

In line with EY commitment to quality, you’ll confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
• Work to drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations
• Support development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance organisation change management and broader capability offering within the practice
• Support leadership in developing the practice through collaboration with EY global offices and demand generation for change management projects
• Support to build capability in change management pillar in collaboration with various parts of the GDS organisation and other EY member firms

Skills and attributes for success

• 6 months/1 year of experience in HR/Admin or Project Management related tasks.
• Working knowledge in the implementation of some or all of the following organizational change management elements i.e. change strategy and visioning, communication strategy, change impact assessment, business readiness assessment and engagement, training design and delivery, change network implementation, and organization alignment
• Understanding of basic content development techniques
• Experience working in corporate environments and building relationships with stakeholders
