Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a hands-on Campaign Manager to own end-to-end email marketing campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will gather requirements, validate briefs, and lead kickoff meetings with internal teams and partners while owning the marketing calendar and client communications.

In this role you will manage campaign deployment, data, segmentation, scheduling, and QA, and support testing initiatives (A/B/MVT). Remote LATAM contractor role with USD pay.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a campaign management, account management, or project management role.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget).
• Experience with a new client implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and client deadlines with minimal oversight.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills with an impeccable eye for detail.
• Ability to work directly in a client-facing role.
• Agency experience or corporate in-house agency experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document client campaign requirements, questioning to ensure exact requirements are understood before build begins.
• Validate campaign briefs for completeness—confirm audience, content, offer, and timeline are defined before work is handed to Development.
• Initiate and lead kick-off meetings with internal teams and external partners, documenting outputs and action items.
• Own the marketing calendar for assigned clients—track milestones, flag risks, and keep plans current.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications related to campaign status, delivery, and escalations.
• Manage day-to-day operational processes including campaign setup, trafficking, troubleshooting, QA coordination, and optimization.
• Coordinate campaign deployment including subscriber data, audience segmentation, email scheduling, and sending for loyalty clients.
• Submit and track campaigns in Workfront/Jira; maintain documentation standards.
• Support A/B and multivariate test planning with defined, documentable structures.
• Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve workflow.
• Develop robust campaign and process documentation.
• Escalate risks, blockers, and quality concerns proactively to avoid missed SLAs.
• At year end, measures: campaigns on schedule, calendar maintained, proactive client communication.
