AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own data models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate complex data into actionable narratives with a strong focus on business impact.

The role requires 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years Tableau development (including Streamlit migrations), Python experience, and familiarity with Claude Code

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years Tableau development experience, including migrat ing to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Excel / Google Sheets proficiency for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Upper-intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate data sources to ensure accuracy of insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
