AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools, with a focus on data quality and effective storytelling.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data, validate sources, and interact with customers to deliver actionable insights. Flexible, remote/hybrid options are available, with USD-based compensation and emphasis on

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience with complex queries.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, including migrations.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for ad hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with GitHub, Slack, JIRA for remote collaboration.
• Upper‑intermediate English level.
