AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will develop SQL-based data models, maintain Tableau dashboards, and leverage Python and AI coding tools to automate analyses.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of SQL development, 3+ years of Tableau experience, and hands-on Python proficiency, with strong communication and remote-collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools like GitHub, Slack, JIRA.
