AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will own end-to-end BI projects and partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable analytics.

The role emphasizes SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tooling, with a focus on data quality, scalable data models, and proactive storytelling.

Competenze

• 5+ years of SQL development experience and skilled across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, including maintenance and migration work.
• Hands-on Python development experience with BI tasks.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to validate and maintain data models and calculations.
• Experience using remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
