Job summary

AgileEngine in Rosario, Argentina seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will develop dashboards with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools, validate data models, and collaborate with customers to gather requirements, ensuring accurate, actionable insights and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience with large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience and model maintenance or migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain and validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with GitHub, Slack, and JIRA for collaboration.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support decision making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accuracy.
