Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will deploy dashboards, examine data for trends, verify sources, and translate complex data into actionable narratives for diverse stakeholders, leveraging SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI coding tools. Flexible, remote-friendly, with modern projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience with large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, maintaining or migrating models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and pipelines.
• Ability to validate and maintain data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and iterate dashboards, reports, and visualizations for strategic decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
