AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will work with SQL, Tableau, Python, and AI tools to deliver data-driven recommendations.

The role emphasizes ownership, strategic thinking, and effective communication with cross-functional teams in a flexible, remote-friendly environment. Strong English and data warehousing knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business decisions.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify and validate data sources for accurate insights.
• Interact with customers to gather requirements and deliver strong service.
• Improve data processes, tools, and documentation.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders.
