AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports, turning large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams. You will design and optimize dashboards, validate data, and interact with customers to gather requirements while leveraging AI tooling and Streamlit migrations as needed.

• 5+ years of SQL development experience; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including hands‑on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
• Prior hands‑on Python development experience.
• Prior practical, hands‑on experience using AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Spreadsheets for running ad‑hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience working in an environment that leverages remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• 2+ years of Snowflake development experience.

Responsabilidades
