AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

You will own data sources, optimize SQL, develop Tableau models (and migrate to Streamlit when needed), and work with AI coding tools to deliver reliable, actionable analytics. This role thrives on autonomy, strong communication, and a bias for action in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of SQL development experience across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development, including migration to Streamlit.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code or Cursor).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and data pipelines.
• Ability to maintain/validate data models and calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.
