Coforge is hiring a Senior Backend Java Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. The role focuses on cloud-native microservices deployed on AWS ECS, with DynamoDB integrations and RESTful API design.

You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating across teams to deliver secure, high-quality software solutions. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of backend experience, strong Java/Spring Boot expertise, and hands-on AWS (ECS) and DynamoDB

Qualifications

5+ years of backend software development experience.
Strong hands-on Java and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Hands-on AWS experience, especially ECS.
Hands-on DynamoDB experience.
Knowledge of design patterns and clean code.
Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.
Proficient with Git and version control workflows.
Experience in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and optimize cloud-native microservices deployed on AWS ECS.
