AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations for a GTM data platform. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, integrating with Salesforce EVO/Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation using Java or Python in an Agile sprint.

The role requires 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Salesforce or API integration, plus upper-intermediate English.

• 4+ years in backend engineering (Java or Python).
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiar with agile delivery and JIRA.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation including Ghost User setup and Calendly integration.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an Agile sprint with a JIRA backlog.
