AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform. You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing systems, and contribute to AI SDR automation initiatives using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment.

The role requires 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Salesforce platform development or API integration expertise, in a fully remote setting

Qualificações

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java or Python).
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• CRM automation and lead routing experience.
• Familiar with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation workflows—including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA backlog (GTMDR project).
