Job summary

Built Technologies is looking for Software Engineers to join our team in Argentina. You will build and maintain backend services and automation workflows, integrating with Salesforce APIs and AI-assisted sales tooling.

This Senior Backend Engineer role requires 4+ years of backend experience with Java or Python, REST API integration, and CRM automation in an Agile environment. Ideal candidates will work 100% remotely with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Backend engineering experience (Java or Python).
• REST API integration and webhook development experience.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems experience.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java/Python/microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation including Ghost User setup and Calendly integration.
• Contribute to GTM data platform codebase; work within an Agile sprint with JIRA backlog.
