Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Experience with Java or Python.
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
• CRM automation and lead routing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead routing).
• Support AI SDR automation — Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhooks for routing.
• Contribute to GTM data platform codebase.
• Work in an agile sprint with a JIRA backlog (GTMDR project).
