• 8+ years of software/backend development experience.
• 5+ years building production-grade backend systems with Python.
• Strong Java expertise and production experience.

• Experience with AI-driven features and agentic workflows is preferred.
• Solid understanding of distributed, scalable architectures and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with databases, queues, and data pipelines.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced startups.
