• 8+ years of experience in software engineering or backend development.
• 5+ years of professional experience with Python, building and maintaining production-grade backend systems.
• Strong experience with Java.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM-based application development and production deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems with databases, APIs, message queues, and data pipelines.
• Take ownership of features from design to production and monitoring.
• Build production-ready systems with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while ensuring quality.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Continuously improve development processes and engineering standards.
