We seek a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain scalable services in Java and Python, integrate with Salesforce APIs, and drive AI-assisted automation in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

You’ll own features end-to-end and collaborate across global teams. Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, CRM automation, and agile processes is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and Jira.
• Experience building AI-driven features or AI-assisted development workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation including Ghost User setup and Calendly integration.
• Contribute to GTM data platform codebase and SaaS products.
• Work in an agile sprint environment with a Jira backlog.
