AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives.
You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing systems, integrate with Salesforce APIs including EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation workflows using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment.
Formación
- 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java or Python).
- REST API integration and webhook development.
- CRM automation and lead routing systems.
- Experience with agile delivery and JIRA.
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
- Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
- Support AI SDR automation — Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
- Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
- Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-backed backlog (GTMDR project).
