Fudo is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in a fast-paced startup environment. You will own features end-to-end, collaborating with a highly technical team, and applying AI-assisted development workflows to boost productivity while upholding quality standards.

The role focuses on Java and Python, distributed systems, databases, message queues, and data pipelines, with production-grade responsibilities and a strong ownership mindset.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering or backend development.
• 5+ years of professional Python experience building production-grade backends.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development experience in production environments.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience with databases, message queues, and data processing pipelines.
• In production: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Startup/fast-paced environment ownership mindset.
