Ideal candidates have 8+ years in software engineering, 5+ years Python production work, and strong Java expertise, plus experience with distributed architectures and AI-assisted development workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering or backend development.
• 5+ years of professional Python experience in production backends.
• Strong Java experience.
• Experience with AI/LLM-based app development.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Startup or fast-paced environments with ownership.
• Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems with databases, APIs, queues, and data pipelines.
• Own features end-to-end from design to monitoring and optimization.
• Build production-ready systems focusing on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
• Participate in architectural discussions and key technical decisions.
• Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and standards.
