AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations supporting a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, integrate with Salesforce APIs including EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment. 4+ years of backend experience required.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience (Java or Python).
• REST API integration and webhook development experience.
• Salesforce platform development or API integration experience.
• Experience with CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation workflows and related integrations (Calendly, webhooks).
• Contribute to the GTM data platform codebase.
• Work within an agile sprint process with a JIRA-based backlog.
