Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain backend services, automation workflows, and Salesforce API integrations that support a GTM data platform and AI-assisted sales automation initiatives.

You will develop REST APIs and webhook-based lead routing, integrate with Salesforce EVO and Omnichannel, and contribute to AI SDR automation using Java or Python in an Agile sprint environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Backend engineering: Java or Python.
• REST API integration and webhook development.
• CRM automation and lead routing systems.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and automation workflows (Java / Python / microservices).
• Develop and integrate with Salesforce APIs (EVO, Omnichannel, lead assignment rules).
• Support AI SDR automation — including Ghost User setup, Calendly integration, webhook-based lead routing.
