Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or backend development experience.
• 5+ years building production-grade backend systems with Python.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based development in production environments is a plus.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Knowledge of databases, message queues, and data processing pipelines.
• Hands-on Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Java.
• Develop distributed systems involving databases, APIs, queues, and data pipelines.
• Own features and services through design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
• Build reliable, high-performance systems with strong maintainability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
