Qualifications

• Lead software architect or senior technical leader with proven track record.
• Strong fundamentals in SOLID and GRASP with modern architecture patterns.
• Experience with layered architectures: DDD, ACL, Hexagonal or clean architecture.
• Designing SaMD solutions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Experience in designing APIs, data models, and integration layers.
• Experience reducing technical debt and large-scale refactoring.
• Background improving CI/CD and secure, auditable deployments in private clouds.
• Excellent communication to explain architecture and mentor remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess current system architecture, data flows, and identify debt and scalability limits.
• Define a target-state architecture with bounded contexts aligned to DDD and clean architecture.
• Design a denormalized storage to accelerate read-heavy queries with trade-off analysis.
• Develop a phased architectural roadmap and refactoring strategy to modernize legacy components.
• Establish engineering standards, coding guidelines, and governance for maintainability.
• Mentor engineers, review designs, and document architecture for future maintenance.
• Support CI/CD improvements, testing procedures, and release processes.
