Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, operate, and enhance a Kubernetes-based platform across public and private clouds. You will own incident management, platform reliability, and deployment automation while collaborating with software, security, and IT teams.

The role emphasizes AWS/EKS, Terraform, Docker, CI/CD, and observability tooling, with a focus on scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on production AWS and Kubernetes experience.
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proficient Linux administration and scripting (Python/Bash).
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Security best practices and cloud cost optimization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes/EKS.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
• Implement observability with dashboards, alerts, and centralized logging.
• Participate in incident response, RCA, and post-incident reviews.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, and QA teams to improve platform reliability and security.
• Automate provisioning, environment configuration, and deployment processes.
