Qualifications

• Electrical engineer degree and ten years of work-related experience in substation and Line construction.
• High Voltage experience in mining projects.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work style.

Responsibilities

• Manage the permits matrix, identify competent bodies, submission requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare, review and submit Environmental Impact Report and biennial updates with supporting documentation.
• Manage associated sectoral permits: water use, effluent, emissions, waste, soils, native vegetation and hazardous materials.
• Maintain technical dialogue with authorities, respond to observations and audits, ensuring regulatory alignment.
