Bechtel in Argentina seeks a Senior Civil Engineer (Field Manager) to manage environmental permits, bridge engineering and regulatory requirements with project teams. You will coordinate environmental studies, monitor compliance, and ensure timely permit delivery for large mining, energy, or infrastructure projects.

Fluent Spanish and English, strong communication, and experience in EPC/EPCM environments are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering or related field with professional registration.
• 5–8 years in environmental permits and mining/energy projects in Argentina.
• Graduate degree in environmental management desirable.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain the project permits matrix.
• Submit environmental reports and supporting documentation.
• Manage environmental studies and monitoring plans.
• Provide environmental constraints to engineering teams.
• Report permit status and regulatory risks.
• Support citizen participation and community relations.
