AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Cloud/DevOps Engineer to operate and improve the cloud infrastructure behind an enterprise data platform in a regulated healthcare environment. The role requires 5+ years in Cloud/DevOps, strong AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Argo Workflows, Terraform, and CI/CD experience with English communication.

You will own LatAm operations, manage AWS services, lead incident resolution, and drive reliability with IaC and observability improvements. Remote LATAM with on-call rotation.

Formación

• 5+ years in Cloud Eng/DevOps or SRE.
• Hands-on AWS/EKS and Kubernetes in production.
• Administer Argo Workflows or similar orchestration.
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Experience building and releasing CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring and incident tools such as Splunk/PagerDuty/Opsgenie.
• Strong English communication and collaboration.
• On-call availability within LatAm window.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior ownership for Cloud/DevOps during LatAm hours.
• Operate and improve AWS infrastructure including EKS, S3, EventBridge, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda.
• Administer Kubernetes workloads and Argo Workflows with reliability.
• Define and improve IaC, configuration, CI/CD, and release practices using Terraform.
• Lead observability improvements linking alerts to runbooks and data workloads.
• Enhance alert routing across Splunk, Opsgenie, PagerDuty and related tools.
• Lead or support major incident response and post-incident reviews.
• Design reliability improvements and automate repetitive ops tasks.
• Track service metrics like availability and MTTR.
• Apply change-management, access-control, and auditability for regulated envs.
• Create runbooks and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
