You will lead projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in automotive mechanical design and development.
• Expertise in CAD software CATIA and SolidWorks and simulation tools ANSYS and Abaqus.
• Deep understanding of materials science, mechanics of materials, and thermodynamics.
• Proven track record of launching complex automotive components or systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of automotive mechanical systems and components.
• Conduct in-depth analysis using FEA and CFD tools to optimize performance, durability, and efficiency.
