Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer to lead optimization efforts in its Sandton operations. You will analyze complex production systems and drive efficiency, quality, and cost improvements while mentoring junior engineers.

This hybrid role combines on-site problem-solving with remote analysis and planning. You will collaborate with senior management and across functions to implement significant process upgrades.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in process or industrial engineering, manufacturing focus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred.
• Proven track record leading complex improvement initiatives and managing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of major process improvement projects across the organization.
• Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for process upgrades.
