• Coordinating benefit enrollment, eligibility updates, and participant changes in HRIS
• Interpreting plan provisions to resolve benefit questions
• Analyzing benefit data, usage trends, and issue patterns for improvements
• Handling sensitive information with discretion
• Preparing benefit communications and process documentation
• Reviewing transactions for completeness and compliance
• Supporting leave, return-to-work, and disability workflows
• Identifying opportunities to streamline digital tools and automation
• Coordinating with stakeholders to address operational issues
• Understanding information security and data protection requirements
• Ensuring correct information security practices
