Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks a Benefits Operations & Digital Solutions Senior Associate to administer and improve employee benefits programs within our Internal Firm Services. You’ll handle inquiries, records, compliance tasks, and digital process execution while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in benefits administration or related fields.
• Background in automations, AI tools and process improvement is desirable.
• Proficient oral and written English is required.

Responsibilities

• Administering disability and wealth protection benefits programs with accurate record keeping.
• Coordinating enrollment, eligibility updates, and participant changes in HRIS platforms.
• Interpreting plan provisions to resolve benefit questions and ensure compliant administration.
• Analyzing benefit data, trends and issues to inform process improvements and reporting.
• Handling sensitive information with discretion while supporting inquiries and escalations.
• Preparing benefit communications and process documentation for employees and teams.
• Ensuring compliance with plan requirements and legal regulations in transactions.
• Supporting leave of absence, return-to-work, and disability workflows across programs.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline digital tools, automation and document management.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to address operational issues and service delivery.
