Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Client Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives at large US enterprises, defining and leading AI-driven digital transformation strategies from inception through execution. You will partner with clients to shape AI adoption initiatives, translate complex technology into business outcomes, and oversee account performance in close collaboration with delivery and engineering teams.

Travel to the U.S. quarterly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, digital consulting, or enterprise technology services.
• Proven track record delivering double-digit NRR growth across a multi-million dollar enterprise portfolio.
• Strong IT background with hands-on understanding of custom software development and modernization.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders.
• U.S.-based or eligible for travel, with availability for quarterly trips to the U.S.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and VP-level executives within large enterprise organizations.
• Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption.
• Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support end-to-end execution.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business outcomes through a consulting approach.
• Oversee account performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Travel to the U.S. quarterly to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
