AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and grow the knowledge graph and grounding that underpins enterprise AI ecosystems. You will coordinate semantic retrieval, RAG, and agent integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants, improving answer quality through governance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience with hands-on Tech Lead work.
• Designed or owned an end-to-end knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture.
• Experience building production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations (MCP, function calling, RAG, enterprise search).
• Ability to distinguish wrong vs right retrieval in eval traces and prioritize fixes.
• Experience administering or engineering enterprise SaaS / AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder-communication skills; able to lead without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the company knowledge graph and grounding to support search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs to identify missing context and prioritize fixes.
• Ensure cross-team visibility to fix context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide if a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and production-ready capabilities.
