AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the context and knowledge layer for an enterprise AI ecosystem. You will design and own the knowledge graph, run governance, and improve answer quality across integrations with Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants.

You will collaborate with SMEs to design, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows using MCP, function calling, and RAG frameworks.

Competenze

• 6+ years of software development experience with leadership.
• Designed or owned knowledge graph / enterprise context architecture.
• Experience building production AI agents, MCP, function calling, RAG.
• Ability to identify retrieval issues and prioritize business-impact fixes.
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS, search, or AI platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems administration including IAM, monitoring, incident response.
• Experience turning questions into scalable checklists for cross-team use.
• Strong troubleshooting, technical writing, and stakeholder communication; able to influence without authority.
• Upper-intermediate English.

• Design and continuously improve the knowledge graph and context for ground truth and retrieval quality.
• Review agent outputs and backlogs to fix missing/wrong context.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to design, build, test AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide if a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate strategy into design and make pilots production-ready.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and standards-aligned.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for self-scope use.
• Empower teams to curate context via tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing and evaluation practices for agent output quality and safety.
• Configure, administer, and maintain Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and AI assistants.
• Apply access-management, monitoring, and change-control best practices.
• Implement controls for data retention and sensitive-data handling with security/compliance teams.
• Identify connectors needing elevated access early and route for security review.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain incident-response and service-continuity procedures.
• Drive continuous improvements in platform reliability and cost efficiency.
