Job summary

AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to design and maintain the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses. You will work across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and other AI assistants to ensure scalable, secure, and production-ready capabilities.

You will partner with subject-matter experts to build AI agents, prompts, and workflows, evaluate platform capabilities, and drive continuous improvement in reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in development with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Designed/owned knowledge graph or enterprise context/retrieval architecture end-to-end.
• Proven track record building production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, function calling, and RAG.
• Ability to distinguish wrong vs right retrieval in eval traces and prioritize fixes by business impact.
• Hands-on with enterprise SaaS platforms (Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems administration, identity/access, monitoring, and incident response.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to lead through influence.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve the knowledge graph grounding search and agent responses with measurable accuracy.
• Review agent outputs and backlog fixes to resolve context gaps.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to fix systemic context issues architecturally.
• Partner with SMEs to build AI agents, prompts, and workflows using MCP and RAG.
• Decide whether a need is best solved by a skill, workflow, connector, or knowledge-graph grounding.
• Translate platform strategy into technical designs and production-ready capabilities.
• Ensure implementations are scalable, secure, and standards-aligned.
• Build connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and self-service context management for other teams.
• Provide tooling and guidance for org-wide context curation instead of one-size-fits-all mandates.
• Establish testing/evaluation practices for agent output quality and safety.
