Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Context Lead to build the context and knowledge layer behind an enterprise AI ecosystem, including knowledge-graph design, semantic retrieval, RAG, and agent integrations across Slack, Google Workspace, Glean, and AI assistants.

You will improve answer quality through governance, evaluation, and reusable self-service patterns, partnering with experts to design, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows while ensuring scalability and security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Designed or owned an end-to-end knowledge graph/enterprise context.
• Production-quality AI agents, skills, or integrations using MCP, RAG and enterprise search.
• Ability to distinguish correct vs. missing context in eval traces and drive fixes.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and IAM/security considerations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve the knowledge graph that grounds search and agent responses.
• Review agent outputs and prioritize fixes to reduce context gaps.
• Maintain cross-team visibility to address systemic context gaps architecturally.
• Collaborate with experts to design and maintain AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
• Decide whether skills, workflows, connectors, or knowledge-graph grounding are needed.
• Translate strategy into designs and plans; turn pilots into production capabilities.
• Ensure scalable, secure implementations aligned with standards.
• Maintain connectors, APIs, and RAG/semantic-search patterns with proper permissions.
• Develop discovery tooling and question sets for self-scope AI use cases.
• Empower functional groups to curate their own context with tooling and guidance.
• Establish testing/evaluation practices for output quality and safety.
• Configure and manage Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, and AI assistants.
• Implement access control, data retention, and incident-response procedures.
• Flag elevated write-access needs early and route to security review.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and vendor coordination.
• Drive continuous platform reliability, search quality, and cost efficiency.
