Darwoft, a remote-first LATAM software company, seeks a Senior/Staff Software Engineer to shape an AI-native SaaS platform. You will work on a large, complex codebase, make architectural decisions, and leverage AI coding agents to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality.

This role focuses on production software engineering rather than ML model training, with strong emphasis on API design, reliability, and scalable systems in a distributed environment.

Formación

• Production software experience with large codebases.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, design, debugging, testing, maintainability.
• Experience with modern web apps and SaaS products.
• Backend or full-stack engineering with APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD, and production ops.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new product capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Use AI coding agents to accelerate development and improve tests.
