Darwoft is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for an AI-native, Claude Codex–driven workflow. You’ll own production systems, navigate large codebases, and guide architecture while leveraging AI coding agents to boost velocity.

Work fully remotely from LATAM with a contractor engagement and USD payments. Ideal for builders who ship reliable software at scale and mentor teams in an evolving product.

Qualifications

Extensive experience building and operating production software systems.
Strong fundamentals in architecture, system design, debugging and testing.
Experience with large or complex existing codebases and SaaS products.
Backend or full-stack with modern languages/frameworks and APIs.
Familiarity with cloud environments, CI/CD, and production operations.

Responsibilities

Navigate and evolve a large production codebase with AI-assisted tooling.
Design and implement new capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
Improve reliability, testing, observability, and production readiness.
Leverage AI agents to accelerate delivery and code generation.
