Darwoft is seeking a Senior/Staff Software Engineer for an AI-native, Claude Code/Codex–driven SaaS platform in LATAM. You will work on production systems, navigate a large codebase, and drive architectural decisions while leveraging AI agents to accelerate delivery.

The role emphasizes ownership, pragmatic design, and shipping high-quality software in a remote-first environment with strong engineering standards.

Formación

• Experience building and operating production software systems.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, system design, debugging, testing, and maintainability.
• Experience with large or complex existing codebases.
• Proficiency in backend or full-stack development and modern web apps.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate and evolve a large production codebase.
• Design and implement new capabilities across a complex SaaS platform.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions as the product scales.
• Identify technical debt and reliability issues and improve them.
• Use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, or similar AI coding agents extensively.
• Build and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, and workflows.
• Strengthen automated testing, observability, and production readiness.
• Improve development tooling and automation.
