Job summary

Staffed is seeking a remote contractor to join a live product team delivering four to five features every two weeks. You’ll own end-to-end areas of a workflow product, work server-side from Azure SQL through the API, and build React/TypeScript screens.

AI coding tools help draft specs and migrations, which you review and guide for merges. The role requires 4+ years in full-stack development, comfort with unfamiliar codebases, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing them to production.
• Experience working in a codebase you didn't write and learning its conventions.
• Hands-on work on workflow software with roles, approvals, queues, or state machines and an audit log/history.
• React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools on production work, with tests and CI behind it.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Experience delivering in fixed-scope sprints with branches, code review and feature flags.

Responsibilities

• Join the team building workflow software for a client live product, adding new features while existing ones run.
• Work server-side from the SQL database on Azure up through the API, and build React/TypeScript screens on top.
• Direct AI coding tools, review diffs line by line, and decide what merges.
• Deliver four to five features per two-week sprint and own one area end to end without breaking live features.
