BairesDev is hiring for a remote product studio role building workflow software for startups. You’ll contribute to a live product, expanding features while maintaining existing functionality.

You’ll work on the server stack (Azure SQL to API) and craft React/TypeScript interfaces that sit on top of data models. Daily AI coding tools assist with specs, tests and migrations; you review diffs and approve merges, aiming to deliver 4–5 features per sprint and own an area end to end.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building full-stack web apps released to production.
• Experience in a codebase you didn’t write; learn its conventions quickly.
• Hands-on work on workflow software with roles, approvals, queues, audit logs.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and SQL on Azure; schema design.

Responsabilités

• Deliver four to five features every two-week sprint; verify before merge.
• Own an end-to-end area (e.g., task engine or migration) without breaking live features.
• Build server-side logic from Azure SQL up through the API; create React/TypeScript screens.
• Direct AI-generated specs, tests and migrations; review diffs and approve merges.
