Job summary

Open Technology Group is seeking a senior full-stack developer to join a remote product studio building MVPs and workflow software for startups. You will own end-to-end areas, review AI-generated changes, and ensure four to five features per two-week sprint while keeping production stable.

This LATAM remote role requires strong React/TypeScript, Azure SQL, and a background in migrating legacy systems. Core hours align with US time zones, with a fully remote contractor setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building full-stack web applications and releasing to production.
• Experience in codebases you did not write and learning conventions.
• Hands-on workflow software with roles, approvals, queues, state machines, audit logs.
• React, TypeScript and SQL on Azure, including schema design and migrations.
• Daily use of AI coding tools with tests and CI behind it.
• Clear written and spoken English and delivery in fixed-scope sprints.

Responsibilities

• Join the team building a live product with new workflow features.
• Work on server-side stack from Azure SQL up to the API, plus React UI.
• Collaborate with the lead developer and product manager to meet sprint criteria.
• Review AI-generated diffs and decide on merges, ensuring stability.
• Own an end-to-end area (e.g., task engine or legacy migration).
