LatamCent is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end projects across full-stack and platform engineering. You will build human-in-the-loop platforms, data infrastructure, and annotator workflows, influencing core systems in an early-stage startup.

The role requires strong fundamentals in Node.js/TypeScript, Python or Go, plus hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Kubernetes.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong coding fundamentals in Node.js and TypeScript, Python, and/or Go.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and system design.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, APIs, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong ability to reason through technical trade-offs and balance speed with reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build scalable systems for the expert platform.
• Own projects end-to-end from design to deployment.
• Build and improve infrastructure for AI training data and evaluation.
• Develop human-in-the-loop platforms and annotator workflows.
• Solve scalability, reliability, and distributed systems challenges.
• Collaborate with research, product, and design to ship features quickly.
• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, simplicity, reliability, and maintainability.
• Identify problems proactively and drive solutions independently.
