Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and continuously improve sophisticated AI systems for a fast-moving enterprise AI platform. You will work across multi-agent architectures, memory systems, and evaluation frameworks to support complex business decisions.

The role emphasizes production-grade agentic AI, context graphs, and memory systems, with strong software fundamentals and hands-on experimentation. Fully remote with US hours alignment, USD compensation.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience including ownership of production systems.
Hands-on experience building production agentic AI and multi-agent systems beyond prototypes.
Strong experience designing agents, workflows, orchestration, and tool use.

Responsibilities

Design and build production-grade agentic and multi-agent systems.
Architect specialized agents with defined roles, tools, context, and permissions.
Design orchestration and routing across agents, tools, models, and workflows.
Build systems using multiple LLMs and model providers based on task needs.
Evaluate model power and performance, focusing on quality, latency, and cost.
Implement failures, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms.
Design memory, context graphs, and knowledge systems for agents.
