AgileEngine is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build agentic workflows and AI-powered applications for enterprise software products.

You will develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration, tool use, memory, and multi-agent collaboration, applying AI agents and agentic coding across the lifecycle. The role offers flextime with remote and office options and USD-based compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Strong proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents and orchestrated workflows.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, RAG, vector search, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Proven ability to design agentic applications with robust security and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows that coordinate tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration, tool use, context management, memory, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Use agentic coding tools throughout the development lifecycle (planning, testing, debugging, deployment).
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and operations workflows.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, security, and governance of agents.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first technical strategy across the organization.
